My main approach to therapy is from a dialectal standpoint, allowing us to find a life worth living using helpful skills to emotionally regulate, learn non-judgement and be in the now.

Individual therapy

I offer individual sessions that are 50 minutes in length. I don’t have one size fits all approach, as each person needs something different. I meet clients where they are and create treatment plans that are compatible with their goals.

DBT Group

I offer a 24 week DBT group two times per year that max out at 10 clients per group. This is a highly sought after group as it is a successful evidence based approach to tackling maladaptive coping skills.

Couples therapy

I also offer sessions for couples who are looking to gain communication skills and work on improving their relationship. I welcome non-traditional relationship types and support the LGBTQA+ community.
